Have you ever thought about joining a gym, eating healthier or feeling better? There is a good chance that you did! Perhaps you have purchased an exercise machine or a gym membership and use it once or twice. Your likely excuse.... "not enough time" Do not worry! You are not alone.
So what does it take to keep up with your goals? What about making them part of your day. What about doing it because you have to.

- Consider: Outdoor Gym!
- Walking to work - instead of running in a gym (you'll walk daily because you got to work!)
- Lifting your grocery home - rather than weights - use 2 shopping bags (one in each hand)
- Climb stairs at work - not in a gym!
- Go outside for your lunch! Is there a park close to your workplace? Even if not; there must be a bench! Use it to exercise and not to seat: do some push ups or deeps for a start!
- Finally, take time to relax at home! Remember you do not need to be ALWAYS busy!
You do not need neither; an additional time and money nor to run on a machine to feel healthier!
All you nees is what you already have. Just start or simply.....Just Do It!
